Financing Your Care

Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office to find out what other options may be available to you. Our office is prepared to file most insurance plans on your behalf and also honor you out-of-network coverage.

Dental insurance plans we work with:

• Delta Dental
• Aetna
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Cigna Dental

• Ameritas (In-Network through March 31, 2024) We will continue to honor out-of-network benefits effective April 1, 2024.
• United Healthcare (In-Network through May 31, 2024) We will continue to honor out-of-network benefits effective June 1, 2024)

 

Payment options:

• Check: Always accepted.
• Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
• Cash
• CareCredit: Apply online at www.carecredit.com or in our office.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. We only request a portion of fees to be paid on the day of surgery.  Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
